PROJECT DESCRIPTION

India is known around the world for its abundant IT talent. This has simultaneously given rise to world class infrastructure of exacting international standards. Heiligen TFMC saw a great opportunity area emerge in Facilities Management of this infrastructure.

When MARG Swarnabhoomi was conceptualized, the MARG Group of companies decided to hand over the Facilities Management of the new city to Heiligen TFMC.

When MARG Swarnabhoomi when completed. Will have Residential complexes, Schools, Universities, Shopping malls, Recreation centers, Sports facilities and highly equipped SEZ – all of which will be maintained and managed by Heiligen TFMC.

Heiligen TFMC foresaw the benefits of being involved from the concept stage. By this Heiligen TFMC will ensure that the city will be built with service friendly features.

Towards the Heiligen TFMC worked with architects as they drew up the blueprint, to make sure that –

• The shafting would be cleaning and maintenance friendly
• All installations would result in energy conservation
• The security would be fool proof during and post construction
• The environment around the city would be suitably protected by the selection of suitable plants and trees.

On the MARG Swarnabhoomi project, Heiligen TFMC would be responsible for –

• Establishing and operating sewage and solid waste management plants
• Setting up a 10 MW solar power plant – India’s first 10 MW solar power plant
• Developing the entire road network
• Operating a bus transport system

The project is slated to be completed in three phases by December 20013 and Heiligen TFMC would have helped the MARG Group to build a world class city with end-to-end Facilities Management Solutions being implemented successfully.
